Big Head Brothers Bistro and Catering started with a love for cooking and a strong connection to community.

Founded by Michale Hayes, a well-known community leader who values relationships and people, Big Head Brothers was built on the idea that food is one of the simplest ways to bring folks together. What began as cooking for family, friends, and local gatherings grew into a bistro and catering service trusted for events both big and small.

We cater a wide range of events, including trainings, meetings, parties, celebrations, and community gatherings. No matter the size, we focus on serving food that’s filling, flavorful, and made with care, without making the process complicated.

Community is at the heart of what we do. During Hurricane Helene, when many families in underserved neighborhoods needed support, Big Head Brothers stepped in to provide free hot meals to help make a difficult time a little easier. That wasn’t a special project, it was simply what needed to be done.
